Fix default Security dashboard URL Follow-up to Id6edde8c1fb76df2efb3f03f9cc3de025bea3482 this parameter actually accepts the REST API URL, not the WebUI one. Change-Id: If33c39800018547c733545bcb2eb2c5f6b30d081
