Splitting linux.system.single into small pieces. This will give you an ability to set up openssh and ntp properly per cluster. Currently to get rid of openssh and ntp service layers, whole linux stack should be overriden on the cluster level, which is a mess. Change-Id: I208bcf6ba2e2033699c48bc8f43115b3c736111b
