Make timeout for Kubernetes API proxy longer Default timeout that we're getting is 1m which is way low for Kubernetes API that gets lots of long-running watch requests. It also breaks some clients like helm. Change-Id: I6a3525ff152f1d9464cf83432860494e92c2456f
