Add MySQL client class independent of OpenStack This change provides a bare-bone MySQL client which doesn't create any of the OpenStack databases. This is useful when deploying Galera/MySQL in a non-OpenStack context. Change-Id: I0932d9a7520d998fd259821f5b5e7113cb3a9ced
