Pike dpdk model is depricated Remove virtual-pike-ovs-dpdk by dollowing reasons: * In swarm runs it is replaced with model generated by coockiecutter * Nobody except integration is using it * Network schema described in model is wrong, so the model is partly broken Change-Id: I30ac9a486cbb4d605ef7d5d144403ede9c4fafde
