  "message": "Disable DVR, move baremetal interface to bridge\n\nIt was found that neutron routers were created in dvr mode which\nresulted in inability to use floating IPs. Moreover baremetal\ninterface had its own IP and was not a part of br-baremetal bridge\nhence sometimes there were races in routing table between\nbaremetal physical interface and phy-baremetal interface.
