Add support for measurement filtering This change adds the ability to configure the following parameters for the input plugins: 'namepass', 'namedrop', 'fieldpass', 'fielddrop', 'tagpass' and 'tagdrop'. Change-Id: I473a916178ec4f9ea44951975f55fff5ee68e687
