Added check of ssl options for nova cells database_connection On environments with enabled SSL for MySQL updating cells may leads to broken connection configuration. To fix this issue check of SSL options was added. PROD-36069 Change-Id: I7c424e971facf3a06c7b88416c7b457ecd438545
