Revert "Setting OS_INTERFACE to internal for rc v2" This reverts commit dc4331d2a47115b9cab1044ae6ea9820be8de19c. keystonerc file is placed on ctl nodes in root directory. Users with access to this file MUST have admin privileges of keystone. Due to this patch admin users cannot perform admin operations like 'openstack endpoint list' and we got a blocker bug PROD-16184. Change-Id: I974d62599460cd9365c8f06335dd814752733ac2
