Use "heat_api" as the backend name And similarly for heat-cfn-api. "heat_api" is used instead of "heat-api" as the backend name in the haproxy configuration. Ideally, we should not rely on names defined in the user configuration, but we have no solution for this right now. Change-Id: If7c61bec66d49e6a763892be7c6a68799e700402
