Wipe off outdated keystone role state Configuration of heat roles is doing by keystone state (defined in reclass model), so remove this outdated state which might cause issues on keystone api v3 enabled clusters. Change-Id: I8ff81e94d9eb72415a4a32b2916d7e84254be51b
