Revert "Fix glance-registry host address"

Since server.registry.host is designed to map only to the
cluster VIP, we have found that this will not monitor the
individual host. This will revert to server.bind.address
which will be mapped to individual host.

This reverts commit 053efa855415aee13432a5f2cd0926d5610de6aa.
