Decrease timeout/retries for check_openstack_api It has been noted that with the default values (timeout=20s and retries=3), the plugin may take longer than the collection interval to get all metrics leading to spurious UNKNOWN alerts. Change-Id: Id7294e6e78129b31230b1050b258def2d7792ce1
