Split the Elasticsearch plugin This change separates the Elasticsearch plugin into 2 different plugins: - one responsible for collecting the node metrics, to be deployed on the Elasticsearch node(s). - one responsible for collecting the cluster metrics, to be deployed on the remote collector node.
