Use home_dir for rsync cmd Currently we define path to backup data over home_dir var, at the same time rsync cmd use string "/srv/backupninja" that can be overrided Change-Id: I5489300498f021b704ef732df029363ae4d7976b Closes-Bug: PROD-20685
