Support arbitrary annotations on struct fields\n\nThis is subtly different from a type annotation, since some bits of\nmetadata only make sense in the context of a single structure field,\nlike whether the field is required, or whether the C++ code should use\na pointer for it.\n\nThis change doesn\u0027t define any meaningful annotations.  It just sets up\nthe parsing infrastructure.\n\nI have no idea if $10 will work with older versions of yacc.
