THRIFT-82: Add Common Lisp support
Client: cl
There's framed and buffered socket transport, binary protocol, multiplex, simple
server, cross-tests, self-tests, tutorial, CL library, CL code generator. Only
SBCL is supported for now.
This closes #1412
