Thrift: Clean up and test TDenseProtocol

Summary:
- TDenseProtocol now includes a part of the struct fingerprint in
  the serialized message, to protect from unserialzing trash.
- A lot of cleanups and commenting for TDenseProtocol.
- A lot of test cases for same.
