[thrift] PHP thrift_protocol extension Summary: Implement a deserializer for thrift integral types and containers in C++ for extra performance. To be combined with compiler support to generate code that uses the extension + TBinaryProtocolAccelerated to enable it. Reviewed By: mcslee Test Plan: runs fine in my sandbox...
