      "message": "Remove CLI testing once and for all\n\nThe cli tests have been marked for removal for ~6 months and the\nframework was the first thing included in tempest lib. There has\nbeen more than enough time for all the projects to pick this up\nin the client repos. So let\u0027s remove it all!\n\nAs part of this a couple of missing entries for tempest\u0027s\nrequirements.txt were found. These dependencies were being installed\nby the clients so the fact they were missing was never noticed prior\nto this.
