Lower the aes-xts-plain64 key_size to 256 Lowering the key_size to 256 will still exercise the code path appropriately while being compatible with Barbican as a key manager. Change-Id: Id713da735164dcad773be62921de7f2dc5f22910 Related-Bug: #1514546
