Do not check for id in the keystone output keystone catalog output, when using the non-sql "catalog" backend, does not contain an id attribute. So don't require it. Checking for publicURL is probably a good idea instead. Change-Id: I5f302cf09eeac77b3f448a4e16a3bd97b7bcaaa4
