Add unit test coverage for account generator The unit test coverage was missed in the refactor of the test accounts generator tool I9970cb29ec4d448a381b4fe293fdfd91d8cfc17a, so adding it now. Change-Id: Id78028fb97951c5af49a1320a471c87a05023fad
