Delete dynamic tenant correctly when _cleanup_default_secgroup fails When clearing dynamic credentials, if something goes wrong in _cleanup_default_secgroup, the dynamic tenant will be left over. This is to correct this. Change-Id: I1196ea4239b2d03ed19143da5c9dc4bd81084c28 Closes-Bug: #1586930
