Add test_create_is_domain_project With the Reseller feature it is possible to create domains via the project API (since domains now are just a special type of project). This patch adds a test that creates a domain via the project API and verifies that it is also possible to list such project using the domain API. Change-Id: I3dc33521733efd97bda68acd2a318a94710f236c
