Fix compute baremetal service client tests

While removing the baremetal tests in
Id518a6d87d0949737cd1c50cb6a83149b85e5f85 compute baremetal
service client in clients.py also got removed but it is needed
in tempest/api/compute/admin/test_baremetal_nodes.py.

This patch fix this.
