Deprecate the forbid_global_implied_dsr cfg option The config option ``forbid_global_implied_dsr`` from the ``IdentityFeature`` group is now deprecated. This feature flag was introduced to support testing of old OpenStack versions which are not supported anymore. Change-Id: Ib5dbb2e4a5d3d05a18e30b890b316c0669bf4229
