Drop unused admin client in server metadata tests Removes an unused admin identity client setup and call to list tenants, neither of which appear to be used anywhere in server metadata tests. Also removes a similarly unused tenant_id attribute from the v3 equivalent test. Change-Id: I83ee79b38c64804ca6a29cc4435866015195a946
