Remove OfficialClient dependency from HACKING.rst This commit migrates OfficialClientTest to ScenarioTest about TestVolumeBootPattern in HACKING.rst. We should not have such an example in the HACKING.rst because we don't use OfficialClientTest class in the scenario tests anymore.
