Remove tests/fake_auth_provider This commit removes tests/fake_auth_provider and make some test clients use tests/lib/fake_auth_provider instead. To do so, this commit also adds get_token() to the FakeAuthProvider class for test_object_client. Change-Id: I5c968051970b8c3c8633296cc47593cab3a3dfd4
