Remove grenade jobs from integrated-gate-networking Neutron already defined their grenade and grenade-skip-level jobs so we do not need to run the base grenade jobs from integrated-gate-networking template. Idea is to run the integrated-gate-networking template on neutron gate so that we can run other integrated jobs on their gate to avoid any breaking change.
