Add status code checks for Nova attach_interfaces API Current API tests of attach_interfaces do not check the status code of a response. This patch adds these checks for blocking backward incompatibility changes. Change-Id: Ib5ad54d047cf368e1185f1b4ce10c2d6c906ea9d
