Add resource cleanup in volume snapshots tests test_snapshots_list_with_params and test_snapshots_list_details_with_params have not cleaned up snapshots. The situation may arise with 'no disk space' in case of Block Device driver. This patch fixes it. Change-Id: I885c1133866b5edf6de67ace2cf72a5cb106ec03
