Add "server" to action methods As the qa-spec of consistent-service-method-names, basically all methods’ names should be "<verb>_<resource/object name>". So this patch adds the word "server" to compute action methods. Partially implements blueprint consistent-service-method-names Change-Id: Ib91dc75055b9e2331d243cac686fe19c7516f6ba
