Use tempest-lib's fake_auth_provider on services tempest-lib's fake_auth_provider contains some functions by comparing Tempest, tempest-lib's one is going forward than Tempest. Now service client code is migrating to tempest-lib from Tempest. So for preparing that, this patch makes service clients' unit tests use tempest-lib's fake_auth_provider.
