remove swift cli tests These are covered by swiftclient functional testing, no need to have them also in Tempest. These are functionally covered by: http://git.openstack.org/cgit/openstack/python-swiftclient/tree/tests/unit/test_shell.py and http://git.openstack.org/cgit/openstack/python-swiftclient/tree/tests/functional/test_swiftclient.py Change-Id: Iffb75d10ad07d1516660549fc8eb60204aac4904
