Move the console tests to the other server actions tests We booted a server just for a single test case. The server actions fixture have a logic for: * Dealing with server dies between test cases. * Useing a single server when it is possible (Normally it is) + Negativ tests using the assertRaises Change-Id: Ifa586febe9f336fcebada5ec66cbc3d81fdd51a0
