Whether to delete snapshot explicitly In case of RBD driver, volumes and snapshots are treated as images and their dependencies are maintained. So if there exists a volume dependent on (created from) snapshot, we are unable to delete the snapshot. Related-Bug: PRODX-28248 Change-Id: I3d2e22ae001bfa7283b9c19dac2de50184ffac18
