"message": "Proposing a change to remove user validation tests\n\nAs per discussions from bug\nhttps://bugs.launchpad.net/keystone/+bug/999084 and\npatch https://review.openstack.org/#/c/27593/\n\nam proposing a change to remove these tests since\n\n1. Passwords are optional\n2. No restriction on the length of the password\n3. Since password checks are optional, it doesn\u0027t make sense to check\nemail format as well.\n4. May be these checks should be in nova unit tests as and when a\nconsensus on these validation standards are met.\n\nAs of now, it doesn\u0027t make sense to have these tests in tempest.\n\nChange-Id: I5ac3a1df2f7b0241a0077a252c240da361ed10d3\n",
