Handle error in test_create_get_delete_service Better handle create_service raising an exception in test_create_get_delete_service. If create_service raises an exception the test now no longer attempts to delete the service. Fixes bug 1060358 Change-Id: Ie2fb9ee1260bea75397cc6f5ab3e12ad82fd451d
