Write a couple of test cases together

In these test cases, use the same snapshot or volume,
they have many of the same code, so write them together.

Merge test_create_get_delete_snapshot_metadata and
test_update_snapshot_metadata together in
test_snapshot_metadata.py.

Merge test_create_get_delete_volume_metadata and
test_update_volume_metadata together in test_volume_metadata.py.

Also do self.***['id'] instead of create a new varible.
