  "message": "Replace the console output on Error with fault a message\n\nTrying to get the console log from an ERROR-ed server\ndoes not really works\n\nThe console log does not contains any meaningful info\nrelated to most status changes,\nit is just what the instance prints to the serial console.\n\nOnly one action is guest assisted: the \u0027soft reboot\u0027,\nwhich automatically switched to \u0027hard reboot\u0027\nwhen the guest forgets to assist\n(ie. does not shutdown in 120 sec)\n\nTesting the console output presence before reporting\nactive state would make more sense.\n\nInstead of attempting to get the serial console output,\nafter this change the response \u0027fault\u0027 field will be used\nfor exception detail when available.\n\nCloses-Bug: #1332414\n\nThis reverts commit c1a3bbe37c6202562fad5ff1be6e818d12797aee.\n\nChange-Id: I2018f98cdc4a1bc7dd8f34833df228dc56d88a95\n",
