Fix 4 bytes utf8 char test comment for create images This commit fixes the 4 bytes utf8 char test comment. Because the bug 1370954 was already fixed. However, nova and glance don't accept a 4 bytes utf8 char, yet. And also, the URL[1] in the comment isn't correct, either, anymore. So this commit also fixes the URL, too.
