Remove CONF usage from dynamic_creds module This commit removes all the config file usage from the dynamic creds module in preparation for a library migration. All CONF parameters are now class parameters and are set outside of dynamic_creds. Change-Id: Iafa85d44ccdf13e277f50c3b18adc3b54d092d16
