  "message": "Move virtual interfaces test into misc policy actions file\n\nMove test_list_virtual_interfaces into\ntest_server_misc_policy_actions_rbac.py to further increase gate\nstability and decrease gate run time.\n\nThe number of calls to create_test_server() should be minimized\nfor RBAC testing because we don\u0027t do too much modification to the\nresources that are created -- only what\u0027s necessary to trigger the\nAPI action corresponding to the RBAC policy under test.
