      "message": "Fix a typo in the test HTTP server\n\nThe test HTTP server code we use for testing had a typo where the the cookie\ninserted was \"JESSIONID\" instead of \"JSESSIONID\".       "message": "Create scenario tests for loadbalancers\n\nThis patch implements the tempest plugin for basic load balancer\noperations in Octavia.
