Fix octavia-v2-dsvm-scenario-ubuntu-xenial Recent changes to the octavia-tempest-plugin jobs broke the octavia-v2-dsvm-scenario-ubuntu-xenial job as it tries to use python3.6 on a xenial nodeset job.
