Improve logging of network state on the test host Now router, arp entries and IP addresses from all namespaces on the host are logged in case of failure in connectivity or remote connectivity check. Also all this data will be now logged if checking hostname or running nc will fail. Change-Id: Id2c45cbd3ec6d1ae0e27bd5e47407faecb06b395
