Minor improvement in: test_qos_basic_and_update This test covers several scenarios and when fails, it could be a bit complicated to find out the exact reason of failure. In order to imrove this, new messages (raised on failure) have been added into each test case. Change-Id: Id21eceae89da3d5d43800e08387e836f899f8227
