Redefine ``configure_vlan_transparent`` method again In [1], the method ``configure_vlan_transparent`` was renamed. Some dependant projects, like whitebox-neutron-tempest-plugin, use this method. Also the concept of "inner VLAN" does not exist in the VLAN transparency feature.
